Master of Accountancy
The Master of Accountancy (MAcc) program at Ottawa University is designed to prepare students for professional accounting careers – in public practice, industry, government and not-for-profit organizations. Students will develop the accounting skills they need to be successful in a number of industries. Classes cover everything from auditing and attestation to reporting and business regulation – helping to meet the 150-hour educational requirement for the CPA examination in most states.*
The MAcc program is open to students without a bachelor’s degree, providing students with an option to complete both a bachelor’s accounting degree and MAcc in five years of study. Plus, the program is available through online and on-campus course offerings, giving working professionals the flexibility they need to pursue a degree program at their convenience.
