Human Resources
The Human Resources program can help you gain the skills to develop, support and administer personnel in business organizations. In this program, students can study the challenges of employment and staffing, the complexities of compensation and benefits, and the policies and programs that promote employee satisfaction. Students can also learn about the role of human dynamics in coordinating, training and supporting a diverse workforce, as well as build communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Graduates of the program are prepared for support or supervisory personnel positions in a range of corporate, civic or nonprofit organizations.
