Al Killingsworth

Killingsworth was a four year letterman (1950-53) in football and earned three letters in track (1952-54) for the Braves.

He helped OU to a four year record of 24-12 and a 1950 KCAC Championship under head coach Dick Peters. Killingsworth is ranked seventh in the OU record book in single season rushing yards (1,140). He was co-captain of the 1953 football team. Killingsworth was named Second Team All-KCAC at running back in 1952.

On the track, Killingsworth helped the Braves to the KCAC Championship team title in 1952 and 1953. He earned All-KCAC honors in the pole vault, winning the KCAC Championship in 1953 and 1954.
