Math Placement Exam Requirement
All incoming Ottawa University students must complete the math placement exam. The purpose of the math placement exam is to asses your mathematical knowledge and problem-solving abilities for the singular purpose of placing you into the appropriate college math course. We want you to have the greatest opportunity for success. To help you prepare for the test, you can download PDF documents that cover topics on the exam and practice problems. The exam will be given on the day of your pre-registration and a date in August to be determined. Please contact Nicole Leonhard with any questions via the link below.
