Online Master's Degree in Human Resources

Ottawa University's Master of Arts in Human Resources degree is designed for working adults who wish to increase their human resources skills. The program seeks to promote professional excellence, academic attainment and the ability to synthesize, integrate and apply knowledge in meaningful and relevant ways.

The requirements for graduation from Ottawa University with a Master of Arts in Human Resources degree are listed below. The program is offered both online and during the evening in a classroom setting for maximum flexibility. Additionally, Ottawa University offers students the opportunity to gain deeper knowledge in a specialty area by completing the Master of Arts in Human Resources degree.

All programs require a total of 36 semester credit hours with courses offered in 8-week terms. A personal graduation plan will be developed in conjunction with your faculty advisor and may vary based on prior credit granted.
