Service position designated to support the following campus business office operations: accounts receivable, accounts payable, and student accounts. Position is full-time and routinely interacts with staff, faculty, students, as well as individuals external to the University environment seeking assistance. Requires sound decision making skills, independent judgment, and a strong work ethic. Position also provides incoming call back-up to the primary campus phone line and assists with front desk coverage on a regular basis. Position works with and reports to the Business Administrator.

Ottawa University, Kansas (NAIA) is seeking candidates for the newly added Cheer and Dance graduate assistant position. The successful candidate will assist the Spirit team coordinator in various aspects of the program, with responsibilities including building routines, helping with practices, planning travel, helping with camps and clinics, attending games and other office duties.
Responsible for leadership and support for course development that include analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of course content; instructional design for curriculum development; providing faculty training for content development, guides and tutorials; e-learning technology development and implementation; and eLearning related support services for faculty.
